Design team Monday with Alice

Hello Eyelet Outlet friends! Alice here today with Monday's inspiration.

Do you like quick and easy cards? Here's an easy way to build a card in just a few short minutes. Start with your favorite stamps to build a background. Next, add Eyelet Outlet Brads for some cuteness and color. Mount on to card stock and your done. Quick and easy!

Hello Handsome 2
Here's another fun technique I'd like to share today. Find a stamp you can dress up using brads. Add Eyelet Outlet brads and embellish. I used a few brads to dress my frog, isn't he cute? Then I used water color paints and a sentiment stamp to create a background. You can do so much with these brads, the ideas are endless. Try them out today!

An Altered clip board by Rosandra

Welcome back Eyelet Outlet fans! Today I have a fun decor project I made for my craft room that's also functional. You can use it to hold reminders, quotes, or scriptures to inspire you. For this pretty project I used the new corner brads to highlight the 4x6 framed area. Since this is a wooden clipboard you can attach the brads through the photo mat or take jewelry pliers to snip the backs off the brads. To girly up the clip I used a chipboard flower as a base and used the pink checked paper flowers.

To dress up the monogram on my clipboard I added some of the swirl bling. I clipped it apart and
used sections randomly around the flowers.

I hope you enjoyed today's project.

Design Team Wednesday with Kerry

Hello Eyelet Outlet fans!!!

Hope you are having a great week!
Kerry here, sharing a couple of fun projects using the NEW 2015 brads.

First up, I just can't get enough of those Prima dolls.  Here is my tag...
Can you see what is on her super cute tank top?  Yes, yes!  The Teddy Bear color brads.  And for her skirt, I used the Zig Zag washi tape and Bling strips.   For the final touches... I also added Hello Saying Bubble brad sentiment, and some pearls.  Of course, can't forget about the shoes...  how about a couple of enamel dots?

Next up, I have a simple birthday card using candle brads.
And I have to add a couple of cupcakes brad just for fun.

Hope you like them and thanks so much for stopping by!

Design Team Monday with Susie

Welcome Eyelet Outlet Fans!
Susie here with a few last minute Valentine projects for you.

My first project is a valentine in an unusual color scheme.  I love the mix of the mint and pink.  And you know we have the best bling.  Here are some small shiny pink beauties as well as one sweet  enamel dot!  I added one pink heart from the Heart Brads set.  This heart set has a mix of red, pink and white hearts in various sizes. It is a great set that I pull from all the time!  I just needed one pink heart to finish up this valentine card.

My second project is a valentine in red and pink.  I used the new Train Mix Brads set.  The set has bright primary colors, but I just used the red this time.  My heart brads are sparkly and shiny and from the Glitter Heart Brads (red) set. I also used some bling to couple the train and to adorn my scallops.  We have great bling!  Be sure to check that out too. That's it for me today, but be sure to stay tuned here at the blog. We always have something fun to share with you and inspire you!

If you have a chance, I would love for you to visit me at The Dies Have It.

Layouts on Fridays with Rosandra

Hello again Eyelet Outlet Fans and welcome back for this week's inspiration layout using some of the new products released at the Winter Craft and Hobby show.

I've been trying to find something to do with this paper for years and the new ship wheel brads were just the inspiration I needed to get started.

The paper flowers are still some of my favorites to use. Tip: don't be scared to scrunch those babies up, it adds so much texture and dimension than leaving the layers flat. (and no page is complete
without a little bling)

The new corner brads are a nice simple touch when you just need a little extra something. I love that the packs come with several finishes too.
