Design Team Monday with Susan

Hello Eyelet Outlet friends, Susan here. I've been having fun making shaped cards with my Cricut lately. For this card I welded together two garden gates from the Freshly Picked Cricut cartridge. The show stopper are the sweet embellishments on my gate though! Eyelet Outlet has so many spring themed brads to choose from, just a few are seen here.

Happy St. Patrick's Day!

Happy St. Patrick's Day! Shemaine here sharing a little St. Patty's Day inspiration with you. How do you celebrate St.  Patrick's Day? My Mom used to make us corn beef and cabbage when I was a kid. Some people love to head out for some green beer on St. Patty's. A plumber in Chicago came up with the idea to dye the Chicago River green for their Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade.

How ever you celebrate don't forget to wear green!

If you haven't tried our Quicklets, you really must! They set with a simple ball point pen. We happened to have some clover ones I used for today's card.

Here's how I used them for my card.

I count myself Lucky

This is an easy design to re-create. Just layer heart punches (I used a Martha Stewart for the smaller heart and an EK Success for the larger. Stamp set is from Card exchanging friends by Simon Says Stamp.

We have a few other holiday themed styles available in the store and on sale for only $1.49! You can check them out here.

Happy St. Patrick's Day

The Eyelet Outlet has some amazing products that will make designing cards a snap!
Lately, I have been enjoying creating these slider cards.

As you can see, I have used all sorts of Eyelet Outlet products on the front.

And yes, the ribbon is becomes a pull for the slider card!

Be sure to keep your layers flat if you decorate the inside note card.
Here, Washi Tape is a good accent color when added behind a paper flower featuring the lady bug line!

Don't hold back on these embellishments if you prefer the simple look:

I used brads, ribbon and jewels to give this streamline card interesting!

Yes...it's a snap to create cards and paper crafts using
the fabulous paper flowers, patterned gross grain ribbons, intricate brads and flashy jewels

Thanks for visiting today.
Jet on over to my blog soon!

Design Team Wednesday with Heather

Hi there! Heather here to share a couple cards using some fun brads from Eyelet Outlet.

First up, I made a card using some of the Travel Brads - love those airplanes! I think this would make a fun graduation card - and you know it is no time at all until we will be needing those!

I used a sentiment from Unity Stamp Company's May 2013 Kit of the Month, and added some Bling Strips from Eyelet Outlet for a trail behind the airplanes.

Next up - I used the cute Bumble Bee Brads:

I used some distress ink and a MFT stencil to make the background - then stamped a sentiment from the Unity February 2014 Kit of the Month on vellum and overlaid it at a diagonal, then folded the edges behind the side panel.

Thanks for stopping by! Have a great day!!!

Design Team Monday with Susie

Welcome Eyelet Outlet Fans!
Susie here to share a few cards with you.  I am so happy it is March and spring flowers are on my workspace now! Spring brings babies too, so I combined these precious  Safety Pin Brads  with some flowers that I thought coordinated with the colors nicely.  You can find them right here and here.  The colors on the flowers is very subtle which worked perfectly for me.

While I was still surrounded by beautiful flowers, I decided to make another card.  This time I used the Flower Pattern Flowers with a large purple brad in the center.  The bright pattern on these paper flowers is just so cheerful.  I paired it with two of our beautiful Washi tapes and added a sentiment to finish off my card.

I hope you will grab some bright and cheerful supplies today and make a card to send to someone who needs a little lift.  And be sure to stay tuned here at the blog. We always have something fun to share with you and inspire you! If you have a chance, I would love for you to visit me at The Dies Have It.
