The inside of the card

I used both the Bright and Pastel Balloon Brads.  Like I usually do I used bling!!!  Clear Jewel Strips and just one pearl bling from a Pearl Bling Strip

Happy Valentine's Day!

Happy Valentines Day!
It is Nicole and I am so excited to share with you the valentines and boxes I made for my husband and daughter.... I am especially excited about the pillow boxes because I went green and made them out of toilet paper rolls.  Maybe some of you are in need of a last minute V-Day gift well this just might be the thing for you!

It is so easy to do... mash down a toilet paper roll until it is almost flat.  Next you need an embossing stylus (if you dont have one you could use an empty ball point pen).  Take a glass, lid or other round object using it as a guide make a half circle using the stylus on the ends on both sides.  Fold the ends in on score lines and there you have it a pillow box!

Here is my first Valentine and box that I made for my husband.  On the card I used a 16mm Black Stipple Silver Edge brad and a 8mm Silver Stipple Silver Edge brad.  On both the card and the box I used Clear Jewel Bling

I am totally in love with the new puppy brads... They are just so stinkin' cute!  My daughter loves dogs so I just had to make her a dog themed Valentine and box.  For the card I used the Puppy brads (of course) and Clear Jewel Bling and for the box I used Black Pearl Bling and Clear Jewel Bling Strips.

Thanks for letting me share my Valentines with you!
I hope you have a lovely day!

Design Team Monday with Susie

Hello Eyelet Outlet Fans!

I am going to share a little secret with you today.  I have never met paper I didn't love.  There I said it.  So now that the big secret is out, I will share another one with you.  If I have a large piece of paper on my desk, I like to use it at least twice right away. That way I end up with fewer scraps in my pile. So, the first card I made used some beautiful blue dot paper and I saved some of it for the second one I am going to show you.  I loved the die cut sentiment and along with the colors, it made me think of sports.  So out came the mini ball brads.  Easy card.  BIG PUNCH! Now for card #2:

Yup - here are those blue dots again.  And I really did like the red and blue, so I kept with the color theme.  But I changed up the feel of the card by piling tons of beautiful fresh flower brads into my die cut flower pot.  Do you love it?
I hope you like today's cards.  I am showcasing the first one on my blog today.  I welcome you anytime at The Dies Have It.

Before I go today let me just say congratulations to our prize winner from this post!

I try to send out as much love as I can with cards( with lots of brads of course) and calls and chocolate!

Robyn...email your address to eyeletoutlet@gmail.com and we'll get your prize out to you.

Thanks for stopping by today!
