Valentine's Day inspiration

Hello Eyelet Outlet fans! Today we have some Valentine inspiration for you using a few non-Valentine styles of our brads. Can you believe it's just a few weeks away? What do you do for your sweet heart on Valentine's Day? We'd love to hear your love stories so don't be shy...leave us a comment telling us how you celebrate your love on this special day. I'll choose a lucky commenter to win a mix of our fun brads and announce it here on the blog next Monday!

For those of you who love stamps with people our glasses and hat brads are a fun way to add something extra to your sweet stamped images.

Susie created this fun Valentine themed card with us today featuring our eye glasses brads.

Next we're sharing a few projects by Shemaine Smith. First up is a cute card featuring our sock monkey brad.

You make me Steamy

"I love creating with kraft cardstock. This fun image from Unity Stamp Company is even cuter when
I added the sock monkey to the top of my cup of Joe."

Next Shemaine used some of the 8mm stipple jewel brads and pearl strips to accent this sweet card.

Next Jingle is sharing a fun card using our new duck brads as well as the balloon brads too!

There are lots of beautiful products in the store right now for all your Valentine needs! Visit the website here.

  1. I celebrate Valentine's Day by giving all my loved ones cards, and that includes my husband, daughter, daughter-in-law, grandbabies and my sister and also a couple of elderly women who live alone and love to get mail. I make a special dinner, give him a big heart box of chocolates, and then relax with my husband and let him have the TV remote without my complaining over the men's action flicks he picks or the sports news and believe you me, that is a feat for me! Happy Valentine's Day to all, young and old! Thank you for this fun chance to win.

  2. Well, since our anniversary is only a couple of days after Valentines day, we usually go small and exchange cards. But then do a very nice dinner and night out for our anniversary with no crowds!

  3. I celebrate Valentine's Day by making my husband a card. I always try to make his cards funny or silly because he has a wonderful laugh that I simply LOVE to hear!

  4. Seeing as how my husband is gone most nights of the week - we tend to just squeeze in any special time we can have wherever and whenever we have the chance!!

  5. We celebrate with dinner out. There will be homemade valentines involved. And my husband will buy a special box of candy for our daughter, a tradition since she was little. She's 40+ now, but she still looks forward to candy from Daddy!

  8. We normally just have a nice dinner and buy each other something small. One year my hubby bought me a rose (which he does not do often) and placed it on my pillow. When I came to bed he watched me as I looked at it and said thank you. He then asked why I was not smelling it and I told him that it is plastic - he was quite shocked as he thought it was real!!! It is now a standing joke between us. Thanks for the opportunity to win some brads, your store is the best and the service to South Africa has been amazing.

  9. For Valentine's Day, my husband takes me on a date of JUST US. For the kids, I make a paper mailbox for them to put their valentines from friends and family in.
