Thanksgiving Place Cards

 

Hello Crafty Friends - I love this time of year, cooler weather and magical holidays.  Today I am sharing Thanksgiving place cards.  Eyelet Outlet has festive products you can use for your holiday crafting.

I cut out two sizes of rectangles to make the base and layering piece of the place cards and alphabet dies for the names.  Then I used the pumpkin brads, stippled jewel brads, jewel bling, and a Thanksgiving washi tape to decorate the place cards.  I picked up the Thanksgiving washi tape from the Eyelet Outlet booth at an expo.  While that particular washi tape is not available on the website, there are several other washi tapes to use instead, for example the gnome fall washi tape.

 Have you ever used the Eyelet Outlet washi tapes and brads in your paper planner?

In preparing for a busy Autumn and holiday season, I was thinking of my paper planner and how fun it would be to add washi tape and brads to create a Autumn themed layout! 

I pulled my collection of Autumn themed brads and washi and went to town! Adding these elements created a fun and colorful layout! You could even add fall stamps, stickers, colored markers, and more! The possibilities are endless!

Note To Self!

As the Autumn season begins, I want to focus on thankfulness.

I love combining like-colored washi tapes and that was my inspiration for this card. I created my background using the typewriter washi, be thankful washi, and sparkle light brown glitter washi. I added my "note to self" stamp in a row as well. Lastly, I created my centerpiece by stamping and coloring the easel, then adding my "be thankful" message along with the cute brads from the hand and typewriter collection.

Be Thankful!

 Autumn is here and I am loving it!

I love that the season of Autumn cultivates a time of thankfulness. I love the sentiment "be thankful" and was so excited to create a card with thankfulness in mind! I stamped my pumpkin image on patterned paper and colored in with markers. I layered the be thankful washi on tan cardstock and added all the fun embellishments! Flowers, jewels, and brads! I love that the flowers were white! I distressed 2 of them with fall colors for added dimension! Before adhering my card together with foam tape, I distressed the edges with inks.
I think this would be a fun greeting card to send to a friend to tell them how thankful you are their friendship!  Here are a few items from Eyelet Outlet you will need to create this card!
