We're pleased to share ScrapBands!

Hello friends! ScrapBands sent us these images telling us how much they love using Eyelet Outlet brads for decorating their product. We loved their unique and fun product and wanted to share it with you here on our blog.

As you can see it's easy to incorporate our brads with this unique product to create a variety of themes.

Here's a little bit about how Scrapbands came about:

The idea for ScrapBands was born in February 2010 when partners Michelle Young and Stacy Jones were scrapbooking in Michelle’s basement. Michelle was working on a scrapbook for her sister whose husband Mark had just passed away after battling cancer for more than a year. The scrapbook was filled with the nearly 100 journals Mark had written during his treatment. Michelle couldn’t bear not to put them all in the book, and the scrapbook ended up being very large and heavy, and the page protectors were tearing. So she needed something to go around the book that would be easy for her sister to take off and on, properly keep the book tightly closed, and look pretty, too!

With the help of her mother-in-law and passionate sewer, Betty, Michelle hand sewed the ScrapBands prototype and knew immediately she had something unique! Since then, Michelle and Stacy have been marketing the product to scrapbookers and retailers around the U.S.

ScrapBands are U.S. patent-pending, handmade in the U.S.A., and one-of-a-kind among scrapbooking accessories.

ScrapBands are the fun new scrapbook accessory that goes around scrapbooks to help keep them closed and contents secure. Check out all the great ScrapBands designs at www.ScrapBands.com"

Now we'd love for you to head over to the ScrapBands Facebook page and tell them we sent you!
If you do, you'll be entered into a drawing for a free ScrapBand (The FREE band will be one of their "Bare" style ScrapBands) drawing will be held Thursday, Oct. 20th. Good Luck!
