Tea for Two and Two for Tea...

Hello my Eyelet Outlet friends, Barry, your prince of paper here to show you a wonderfully fun box card and the card that was inspired by it both using eyelet out let products!  This box card design came from SVG Cuts called "Tea Time".

I used the Eyelet Outlet Bling sheets in white for the center of the flowers and the Swirl Bling in Clear on the back panel.  What is so fun about these box cards is that they fold flat and fit within a standard A2 envelope!  Next, I had these cute Tea Pot and Tea Cup brads so I decided to create a traditional card with this box card as my inspiration.  I started with covering a scrap piece of cardstock with Glitter Swirl Pink Washi tape which has to be my most favorite washi tape as I have used this on so many projects.  It really is my go to in using Washi tape.  I reduced the size of the SVG images of the vase with flowers, the tray of bon bons, the sentiment oval and one of the panels to fit proportionately with the Tea Pot and Tea cup brads, again added the white pearl bling for the center of the flowers and then one tiny sticky back purple bling on the top of the bon bon tray.

Even when making one type of card you can easily modify and change the design to fit another type of card.  Sometimes even your own work will inspire you to create something different but have the same feel. I hope I have inspired you to create your projects.  See you next time and thank you so much for stopping by.
