Wide Washi Wonderful

I recently discovered wide washi tape ... and I'm in love.

How fun is this great Happy Easter Wide Washi Tape design.

The Easter Eggs (soon to be Easter Chicks) are wishing you a Happy Easter.

I want to cover every surface in my studio with this Wide Glitter Book Washi Tape ... it has an absolutely gorgeous sparkle (with no glittery mess).

I used a tall & thin card design (4" x 7 1/2") to create my book shelf ... attaching the tape to green cardstock created a depth of color behind the books.

And of course, no library is complete without a stack of books (new brads coming to the store soon) and a cup of coffee (or in my case, Chai).  Sentiment is from STAMPlorations Literary Caffeine-ations.

  1. What a beautiful job on both cards with the Wide Washi tape. Super cute Easter one and fab. book card, I love those coffee brads.

  2. i love the tiny GAP between the glitter book washi... with that teeeeeeeny sliver of dark green! totally gives it depth... like a bookshelf, indeed! (love the easter card as well & you KNOW i love wide --&skinny-- washi; but the bookshelf card is the one rockin' my world at the moment!)

  3. I love what you did with these cards! As I mentioned on your blog, you are truly a force to be reckoned with then it comes to designing with washi. I'm learning a lot!

  4. These cards are great Stephanie! I love how you've used the washi tape in a way that it looks like design paper! It works perfect with the brads :0)
