Like many of the guys his age, my son loves gaming! He's in college now, but when he wants a break to relax and unwind, he will often pick up a controller and immerse himself in a game. Last week was midterms...he worked so hard and was really looking forward to Spring Break this week.

This simple card with a sketched video game console and Eyelet Outlet's gamer brads is the perfect way to say I love you and I'm proud of you!

The contour and color of the background panel were deliberately designed to bring a certain gaming system to mind, and I used some click-together alphabet stamps to add a punny greeting. I think he'll like it! I hope you do too!

Have a Deliciously Colorful Day

Hello Everyone!

This is Georgiana from Carson's Creations and today is my day to post at Eyelet Outlet and Brads. Before I share my design team project, I want to let you know that there is a Daily Deal where you can get a product at a discounted price. Be sure to check it out!

Here is my Design Team project...

Today is the last day of Spring Break and we return to school tomorrow for only 9 more weeks. Although the weather was a bit chilly during break, I have Spring on my mind. I made some M&M treats for my co-workers as a way to say "welcome back".

I layered these paper flowers and added a brad to the center to hold them together. I adhered them to the topper in the upper left corner and then found a fun sentiment. A couple pink gems in the lower right corner to coordinate with the base of the topper and the flowers on the pattern paper.

Cooped Up

Hello everyone! It's Kim from Katydid Cards, happy to be here with you today.

These Chicken Brads look so real, I'm craving chicken for dinner tonight. In the meantime, I'm excited show you the card I made featuring...chicken, of course.

When I saw these brads, I knew just what I wanted to do with them; so I set out to find the perfect chicken coop to fit the bit. I think this one worked out better than I could ever have hoped and actually gave me the colors I used in my card.

I sized it to work with the chicken and this asymmetrical gate-fold card. Here's a closer view of the focal point.

The belly band holds the card snugly closed and slides off, allowing it to open.

And here's the card, opened, so you can see the sentiment and an opportunity to use another chicken as an accent.

This card was a lot of fun to make. I want to use these Chicken Brads again, so I'll be looking for more ideas.

"Easter Egg Hunt" 3-D Canvas

Hello Everyone,

Today I'm sharing an Easter canvas with you that gave me the opportunity to use some wonderful brads and even a little bling!

I was finally able to use my adorable Easter Bunny Brads and Colored Egg Brads

I was also able to use these adorable Butterfly Brads - Bright I really like how the butterflies in the trees balance the eggs and bunnies. And of course I had to add some Champagne Jewel Strips this bling was the perfect touch for the sun and tied everything together.
