Spring Break

It's that time of year for Spring Break.  What's better than the sun, sand, ocean, and warm weather?   How about adding some flip flops, sea shells, and a flock of flamingos!  Yes, we have them and they are so fun to work with.

One of my favorite things to do is create cards that evoke emotion and this card definitely does that!  Can you feel the warmth of the sun and a bit of ocean at your feet?

This is a great card for parents who have college students bound for a spring break vacation.  Some wise words of wisdom on the inside of the card would be a great send off!  Change out the sentiment and lettering and the scene could also be a retirement card or a have-fun-on-vacation card.

The palm tree and sentiment are from Maymay Made It and the lettering from Impression Obsessions.  The background is created using Distress Oxide Ink, however, there are also beautiful beach scene papers that may be used.
