Design Team Monday with Jingle

Hi! This is Jingle here with you today with a few SUPER fun cards to inspire you! I have WAY too much fun with my Eyelet Outlet brads! I really do! My first card is a pretty one using the beautiful smaller pearl brads in a couple of different colors. These make PERFECT flower centers!

My second card for today is a fun one using one of my favorite brad sets, the Eye Glass brads! 

And finally, I have this fun clean and simple card using the super cute Coffee Cup brads. The mix of colors in this pack make them great for a bunch of different cards or layouts!

  What do you thing about Rocking Horse Brads? I love them! I put them in the center of hydrangeas.

Brads are also in the center of trolley wheels. They are a 5mm pearl brads: blue and pink.

We're looking for a few new designers to add to our team!

Do you love creating with eyelets and brads? Can you create projects that are fun, inspiring and creative?  Then this is the Design Team call for you!

We are pleased to announce that we will be accepting applications for a few new additions to our new Design Team from July 13^th thru July 31^st.  All interested designers should submit the following information to eyeletoutlet@gmail.com with Design Team Call in the subject line:

1. Name
2. Contact info (address, phone, and e-mail)
3. 3 cards and/or projects representing your best design work.
   (Please, JPG files should be no larger than 500kb each.) Sizing your cards 600x600 works best. You can use Picnik.com to edit and it’s free.
4. Let us know if your strength is card making, tags, goodie boxes or packaging, layouts or altered art.
   
5. List of current design teams and/or your resume
6. Link to your online blog and one online gallery.
7. List of message boards in which you actively participate
   (3x or more per week)
8. Share why you wish to join the Eyelet Outlet design team.  

SPECIAL NOTES: Use of Eyelet Outlet products is not required. However, if available, please include submissions including Eyelet Outlet product.

Submission deadline is July 31st, 2012.

We hope to announce our new team Friday, August 3, 2012.
Design Team term/contract will run from August 15, 2012 thru January 31, 2013.

 International applicants are encouraged to apply as well!

You will receive:
- Your layouts, cards, tags and projects posted on our website gallery and blog
- Tons of Eyelet Outlet products to work with!
- A  link on our blog to yours
- Ability to request items for projects you have in mind

General duties of an Eyelet Outlet Design Team member include: You will be required to create at least 4 projects per month and email them by the due date for our design blog. Promote Eyelet Outlet on your personal blog and post your designs created with our product linking to our blog and Facebook page.  Post 2 of your required Eyelet Outlet projects per month to a private message board like Two Peas or Scrapbook.com. You may also be asked to create a post for the Eyelet Outlet blog highlighting a project(s) or technique(s) with the focus on Eyelet Outlet product.  Creating sample layouts or cards with new release prototypes to be displayed at CHA or various expos.

Design team inspiration with Kris

Hello everyone!  It's Kris Berc today with a set of bright and cheerful cards to share.

First is a fun card that could be used to celebrate love or friendship.

I used a pretty teal mermaid brad along with a cute orange mini butterfly brad.

My second card features one of the wonderful cherry brads.

Here's a better look at the cherry brad.

This next card may be my favorite of the bunch!

Those are 3 of the super cute bird brads perched in the tree.

Some Father's Day inspiration to share

Hello Eyelet friends! Father's Day is this coming weekend and we're sharing some last minute card inspiration with you all week long.

Today design team members Jennifer and Anna are sharing some fun cards with you. Both girls decided to make car themed cards to share with you. Let's take a look at Jennifer's card first.

Jennifer was inspired to create this fun card by the Antique car brads.

Next we have Anna's card

Anna use the Gear brads as well as the Antique card brads for her card.

Hello Eyelet Outlet friends! 

 Anna here today hoping to inspire your creativity with Eyelet Outlet brads.

Summer is getting closer, so my inspiration for you today is full of summers colors and .... ice creams!

This is my little niece, Kathy. She's eating ice cream and I know that  Soft Ice Cream Brads, fit perfectly here, but I wanted to have a little fun for you today so...

What do you think about these Buoy Brads? I turned them upside down and we have..... a delicious popsicle!!!!

Design Team Monday with Jennifer

Have you SEEN some of the amazing brads that The Eyelet Outlet has for fun summer creations? I have to super fun cards to share with you today using some brands you may not have tried yet! Check it... 

For this card, I stamped the water onto the white panel first. I then stamped the boat/man image, colored him, and then fussy cut around him and adhered him to the panel with foam tape. I chose the fun bouy brads (They come in two different color sets! FUN!) and the adorable Mallard brads to accent my scene. Honestly, I think the brads just MAKE this card! They are SO FUN! And here is another summer-fun card I created! 

For this one I grabbed the WAY FUN Stick People brads for this one! Seriously...are these not the BEST EVER! For reals. I need more. I am in love with them. I chose only the 'running man' version and attached several along my stamped roadway. Some fun alphabet stickers and a perfect border sticker was all I needed to finish this one off!
