Tomorrow is Thanksgiving here in the USA, and whether you are staying home, heading home or missing home, we wish you a wonderful day. This card, featuring Eyelet Outlet Gnome Brads, Girl Gnomes, Sunflowers, Pumpkins, Sun and Cloud Brads, Mini Ladybugs and Autumn Washi Tape is all about celebrating the things that make holidays special: family, friends and a cozy Gnome Sweet Gnome.
To make this card, I first cut a piece of white cardstock 3 1/4" x 4 1/2." I cut it in half to form two long narrow pieces. I applied strips of Red/White Dot Washi to one strip and Strawberry Washi to the other. Then I cut each strip in half so that I had 4 rectangles of equal size. I placed the pieces on my score board and spaced each the same apart from each other, using the score lines as a guide. To keep them in place I attached them each together with a strip of washi tape. Be sure to lay out the pieces right side up as you do this. Next I added foam tape strips to the back of each rectangle and then I placed them as one piece on a white A2 card base. Once in place, I removed the washi tape that held each piece in place. This technique makes each rectangle perfectly spaced without any hassle or guessing. It's an old cardmaking technique but a good one!

Hi everyone and welcome to our Sunday blog post here at Eyelet Outlet! I'm always on the lookout for dies, card kits and designs that allow me to show off EO brads, bling, and flowers. Today I have a shadow box card that I made using dies and patterned paper from Crafter's Companion. When I saw the woods die, I knew I would just have to put EO's Sketch Owls in the scene. I used another owl as the center of my twine bow. I added Leaf Brads and placed them to look like they are falling in the forest. To get that look, I inserted the brad portion through already created holes in the tree trunks made by the die. It couldn't have been easier! I created the large mushrooms with dies to frame this scene. They were calling me to snuggle in a couple of the Girl Gnome brads so I listened. How cute!

The adorable new Eyelet Outlet Girl Gnome Brads have settled in nicely and have teamed up with our Gnome 2 Brads on this extra festive greeting! Grass Tape literally grounds the oversized sentiment and adds a special touch to the envelope along with a strip of Gnome Mushroom Butterfly Tape; while a few Mini Bee Brads are buzzing around happily.
I've been having a great time working with the new brads in the store. Today's card features the new Girl Gnome Brads paired with the White Daisy Brads and Fresh Flowers-Bright Brads.
To make this card, I began by cutting a 4 1/4" x 5 1/2" card front in mushroom cardstock. Then I cut three heart patterned circles and three slightly larger circles. Then I put two strips of Heart Washi Tape on white cardstock and cut it in a strip. I placed the strip to the left side of the card. I placed two thin strips on each side of the heart strip. I placed the girl gnomes and flowers on the circles before mounting them on the larger circles and then on the card front.
Our Boy Gnomes have a new pal in the garden! The Girl Gnome Brads made their debut last week and you can find them and the other new brads in the New Brads 2024 tab at Eyelet Outlet I used one of each gnomes to welcome you to my garden card.
I set the stage for this lovely little garden with a strip of Flower Washi Tape. I added a Garden Tool Brad and some Mini Stitched Flowers to the garden flag. A little Squirrel Brad is enjoying the garden view from his fence top perch. And of course every garden needs a little Sun Shine.
The saying that it's the little things that matter is so true don't you think? One of the newest brad sets available at Eyelet Outlet are Girl Gnomes. They pair so cutely with the Gnome Brads 2! Here I have put those sets together along with Bluebird & Robin Brads, Mini Lady Bug Brads, Sun & Clouds Brads and Grass Washi Tape.
To make this card, I blended green and blue ink on white cardstock. I colored the gnome house and cut it out. I applied Grass Washi Tape at the bottom and added the house brads to the panel as shown. The final touch was the addition of three blue mat enamel dots.

Gnomes have become so popular over the last few years, so when Eyelet Outlet brought out their BRAND
NEW 2024 GIRL GNOME BRADS,
I had to create a gnome themed card.
I inked the base with green, blue, and purple water-reactive inks
and sprayed it with water. I then dabbed
the water away leaving the spotted, almost star-filled sky look.
I stamped a fairy on a swing and embellished her wings with Blue and Pink Jewel
Bling. I added shimmer to the swing by adding some Black Jewel Bling.
Sitting on either side of the fairy are two of the cutest little
Girl Gnomes ever!
I finished off the card by stamping several different magical forest looking plants, adding a stamped sentiment and then embellishing them all with more black jewel bling.
Such a fun and magical greeting card and All You Have to do is BELIEVE.
