Susan's Top Love Notes
I've made quite a number of love themed cards through the years. I often give a few in gift box to brides to be as a shower gift and of course, I give one to my love on Valentine's Day. Choosing my top 3 favorites was more difficult than I expected it to be!
I'm always up for a funny/punny card and I especially love using Eyelet Outlet brads in unique ways, so this love note/Valentine card from 2017 featuring the Eyelet Outlet pig and cloud brads had to make my top three list.

Leave A Little Sparkle
Good Thursday morning, crafters! Today I've got a card for you with lots of sparkle! For this shaker card I used a dress from the Cricut image. Using the slice tool, I created the cut out. I filled my shaker window with beautiful pink and white Eyelet Outlet sequins.

Winter Wonderland
Today's card entitled 'Winter Wonderland' reminds me of a blustery day in the forest and finding a beautifully decorated tree! I would love to do that!

Snowflake
Today's card entitled "Snowflake" is a simple but elegant card with lots and lots of bling!
The Eyelet Outlet Glitter Dark Blue Washi Tape creates the 'paper' for the snowflake die cut. Strips of the tape are laid down side by side on cardstock and the Memory Box Extra Large Snowflake Die cuts through it beautifully. The Eyelet Outlet Clear Sticky Back Jewels add just the right touch of sparkle and shine to the snowflake.
The Anna Griffin word die "believe' is placed at the bottom of the card. Again, the Eyelet Outlet Glitter Star Washi Tape is laid down side by side on cardstock to create a 'paper'. The word die cut provides an ombre effect complimenting the card.
Once the die cuts are completed, distress inks create the mood of the card. In this case, Speckled Egg is used in the center of the card and it fades out to Hickory Smoke along the edges. The snowflake and word are glued down and the Eyelet Outlet Skinny Silver Washi Tape is applied to the card edges.
If you are looking for a fast, blingy holiday card, this may be the one for you!

A Blue Gift Bag
As we are heading into the holiday season we begin to think about holiday trees, ornaments, gift wrap, and even gift bags. Today's entry is a Gift Bag that is fun and easy to create using Eyelet Outlet's Washi Tape and Sticky Back Jewels.
The gift bag is perfect for giving a bottle of wine or non-alcoholic beverages. Although the bag has large embossed stars all over it, with Eyelet Outlet Washi Tape and Embellishments, I knew there was more decorating to be done to this inexpensive, dollar store bag.
First I found a coordinating piece of cardstock and trimmed it to less than the width and length of the bag. Then the cardstock was edged with Blue Glitter Washi Tape adding sparkle and shine to the package. Several strips of the Washi were placed on white cardstock laying them side-by-side creating a paper that was used to die cut the stars. Eyelet Outlet's Sticky Back Clear Jewels are placed on each star to add further sparkle.
The decorations are completed by adding one of my favorite stamp-die sets from Julie Nutting called "Rudi" and also adding a greeting. This is a fun project and a great way to 'dress up' an ordinary dollar store bag! Give it a try and share it on the Eyelet Outlet Fan Page! We love to see your creations!
Head on over to the Eyelet Outlet site and check out all of the Washi Tape and Jewels to dress up your holiday gift bags.
