We have a lot of cats in our animal collection at Eyelet Outlet, but this little orange cat is my absolute favorite because he looks exactly like my Sonny Boy!

Actually, Cats Have Staff
Here are TWO versions of a cute and snarky cat card: one featuring beautiful, realistic Eyelet Outlet Feline Brads; and the other spotlighting our adorable Kitty Brads. Comical Cat Tape and Wood Washi are pitching in to make the perfect backgrounds.
The Eyelet Outlet Store also stocks Black Cat Brads and Silhouette Kitten Brads as well as lots of other critters from the backyard, the farm, the beach, and even the jungle. Happy Mother's Day to All the Amazing Moms! ❤️
Happy Mother's Day, everyone! I hope all the wonderful moms are being showered with love and attention today – you deserve it all!
To celebrate, I wanted to create a card with a bit of fun and a whole lot of heart. Imagine a little gathering on a brick wall (thanks to the fantastic Brick Washi Tape!), all set against a sunny Wide Sky Washi Tape background.
Above this adorable scene, little word bubbles of thanks float in the air – stamped and carefully cut out. And right there on the wall, a festive Mother's Day Banner proudly proclaims the occasion.
But the real magic comes from the five little critters lined up on the wall, each one a tiny messenger of love for Mom! The Polar Bear, Feline, Chicken, Acorn & Squirrel, and Rabbit Brads each have their own charm. To top it all off, I added two Sticky Back Pink Heart Pearls to the banner for an extra touch of sweetness.
Happy Mother's Day to all the amazing moms! May your day be filled with joy and love.
Thanks for joining me here today. Please stop by the EO store for all your brad, washi tape, bling, and paper flower card making supplies.

Girls (Tape) Just Wanna Have Fun
Eyelet Outlet Girls Tape is beautiful and fun... it also pairs really well with LOTS of other tapes and brads, so you can create a custom card for your favorite girl! In this case an axis of Film Strip Tape (placed vertically) and Music Washi creates a space to place three of the girls around, with Book Brads, Iced Coffee, the smartphone from our Selfie Set, a Feline Brad and Eye Glass Brads placed at the intersection. A few white Star Brads are scattered around and then some tiny silver Star Sequins. A mat of Glitter Black Tape adds an appropriately sparkly finishing touch.
Eyelet Outlet has embellishments for every girl, boy, woman and man on your cardmaking list, hop over to the Online Store and check it out!

Eyelet Outlet ABC's: Part 2
Would this be a good time for more Artist Trading Cards with Eyelet Outlet Brads in alphabetical order? Here are the next five cards, featuring the letters F, G, H, I, J and K.
The brads on these cards are as follows:
F: Felines, Fire Truck from the First Responders set, a fabulous Fairy Brad, Flip Flops, Film (technically the Movie Brads) and a cool (in every sense, lol) vintage Fan from the Telephone and Fan set.
G: Super-cute Gingerbread couple, a Graduation Cap, Grapes (and a glass of red from our Wine Brads), Gardening consists of Garden Tool Brads and a White Daisy, plus a pair of handsome Giraffes from the Jungle Mix.
H: One of two styles of Hanger Brad, a Heifer (technically a Cow from the Cow and Goat set), Holly, Headphones from the Computer and Headphones set, Hand Sanitizer from the CoVid-inspired Mask, Hand Sanitizer and Soap set, and Hearts in the form of one Heart Brad and one Playing Card in the suit of hearts.
I and J: I-Phone from the Selfie set, Insects (technically a Ladybug and a Mini Ladybug) and Ice Cream; Java (one of several styles of Coffee Brads), Jeans from the Jeans and Tee Shirt set (which is on sale!), and Jogging is represented by our Sneaker Brads.
K: Kitchenware is actually some Baking Brads and some Cooking Brads, Kris Kringle from the Santa and Mrs. Claus set, and sweet white Kittens who are naturally after the Knitting Brads, which are on sale.
Next week I'll be back with the letters L through R, until then, you can find brads for every letter, color and occasion in the Eyelet Outlet Online Store, or see the sidebar for a list of tradeshows near you!Sunday, February 20, 2022
Always Be Happy!
This is a clean and simple graphic style card. The city scene is easily created using three wide washi tapes from Eyelet Outlet. If you missed it, these cute kitties were released last year and are called Feline brads. I really love the city scene peaking over the brick wall in the distance. The wall is a perfect place for the orange cat to hang out.

Leslie's Valentine/Love Favs!
Hey everybody! I hope you've had a great week! Leslie here, sharing a few more of my favorite projects created with our awesome Eyelet Outlet products! We've been asked to share three of our favorite Valentine/Love projects this time, so before I do that, let me side-track you for a minute. My husband and I are Crazy Cat People. We rescue kittens and cats (present count right now is 18) and we call them our kids, lol! We have 11 inside that enjoy the outdoors in their catio, and seven more ferals/semi-ferals that live in our shed in our fenced back yard with an attached catio. Our four human kids are grown and in their mid- to late-30s with kids of their own, so we've been empty-nesters for quite some time. So, with all this said, two of my three favorites are cat-themed cards! The truth is we love all kinds of animals, so even with one dog-themed card included here, it would be difficult to list these in any kind of 'favorite' order!
My first fav is this awesome kitty card which I created in one of my favorite color combos of black and white with a pop of red. I paired our Cat Brads with our Glitter Black Washi Tape to create this purrfect Valentine or anniversary card!
My second fav is this adorable card featuring our Dog Brads and Kennel Mix Brads which I paired with our Grass Washi Tape, Summer Tree Brads and Sun/Cloud Brads to create a fun scene. I also used a Paw Brad on the inside.
And my third fav is this super cute 'feline good' card which I created in a rose and burgundy color combo and features our Fox & Flowers Wide Washi Tape on the background. I also used our Feline Brads which I paired with a Pink Enamel Heart and White Pearl Bling. As you can tell, this inside sentiment is one of my favorites and gets used a lot! ;)
Thanks so much for stopping by today - we'll see you next time!

CAS Question...
...is a card still "Clean and Simple" if it features five Eyelet Outlet Washi Tape styles and nine Brads?! I (Lauren) say yes; but then I'm not exactly a minimalist, lol!
Inspired by this cute tree sticker I found in my stash, I started looking through my Eyelet Outlet goodies for autumnal items in the right colors, and found Pumpkin Brads, Sunflowers, Mini Leaves, and the orange calico cat from our Feline Brads. To ground my embellishment grouping, I made a tape stack starting with Pumpkin Tape, Wood Washi, and my favorite Script Tape, to which I added some shorter pieces of solid color Skinny Tape. Since I had obviously made a tiny stylized landscape, it seemed like a good idea to finish off with Sun and Cloud Brads... so I did!

Colorful ATCs
I (Lauren) love making Artist Trading Cards with my Eyelet Outlet Brads, so this seemed like a good time to make some featuring the newest Spring 2021 Releases: Felines, Kennel Mix, Colored Daisies, Tropical Birds and Reptiles.
"Feline Groovy" features the Feline Brads, obviously, as well as some colorful wide Geometric Tape.
"Bloomin' Awesome" has only one of the three shades of Colored Daisy, but it's colorful enough to keep our attention. I've added some Flower Tape, as well as two older styles of Skinny Tape.
"Doggone It" pairs the doghouse from Kennel Mix with a Long Dog (who's on sale!) and an accent of two plaid washi tape styles as well as some Skinny Heart Tape.
"Squawkward" stars a one of three very handsome parrots from the Tropical Birds Set, as well as boldly spotted Dot Washi Tape and Skinny Tape.
"Birds of a Feather" features a pair of adorable toucans from the Tropical Birds, because TWO toucans are even better than one! I love how they look against thet bold black and white Floral Tape (which is out of stock, alas but This One is quite similar).
And finally, "One in Chameleon" has the eponymous half of our Reptile Brads against some Foil Tape.

love you just because
Hello, Eyelet Outlet fans! I hope you've had a great week! Leslie here sharing a love you just because card featuring some of the newest brads in the store along with some amazing wide washi tape, enamel hearts and white pearl bling! This would make the perfect Valentine card, too!
I cut a standard A2 size top-folding card base from white linen cardstock and rounded the bottom corner. I covered a strip of white cardstock with Fox & Flowers Wide Washi Tape and adhered it to the left side of the card base. I cut stitched rectangles from rose and white cardstock along with a stitched oval from burgundy cardstock, and layered them together. I stamped the sentiment in white StazOn ink, added two Feline Brads and a Pink Enamel Heart, and adhered the piece to the card front. The finishing touch was adding some White Pearl Bling.
I cut the inside panel from white cardstock and embellished it with strips of rose and burgundy cardstock, stamped the sentiment in dark brown ink, and layered the panel on burgundy cardstock.
