Happy Mother's Day to All the Amazing Moms! ❤️
Happy Mother's Day, everyone! I hope all the wonderful moms are being showered with love and attention today – you deserve it all!
To celebrate, I wanted to create a card with a bit of fun and a whole lot of heart. Imagine a little gathering on a brick wall (thanks to the fantastic Brick Washi Tape!), all set against a sunny Wide Sky Washi Tape background.
Above this adorable scene, little word bubbles of thanks float in the air – stamped and carefully cut out. And right there on the wall, a festive Mother's Day Banner proudly proclaims the occasion.
But the real magic comes from the five little critters lined up on the wall, each one a tiny messenger of love for Mom! The Polar Bear, Feline, Chicken, Acorn & Squirrel, and Rabbit Brads each have their own charm. To top it all off, I added two Sticky Back Pink Heart Pearls to the banner for an extra touch of sweetness.
Happy Mother's Day to all the amazing moms! May your day be filled with joy and love.

Walking in a Winter Wonderland
Eyelet Outlet Glitter Tape and Winter Wildlife Brads are not JUST for Christmas, this is the perfect time to employ them for post-holiday thank you cards! The mama and baby Polar Bear Brads are right at the edge of the wide Glitter Tall Trees Tape, framed up by Glitter Gold Tape. The handsome Deer has paused near a Snowy Tree Brad in front of some gorgeous Glitter Winter Tape (like the Tall Trees Tape it's 1.25" wide... perfect for scenes!) framed by Glitter Blue.

Polar Bear Winter Escape...
I have to say I really like the different winter shades of blue and the
navy sky on this card. This card was first created with a Tim Holtz die that came in many
multiple layering pieces but does provide a striking scene.
I added the polar bear and deer brads from Eyelet Outlet. For the sky I die cut some
small stars and added clear cut 8MM jewels. The final touch was some gold washi tape
in the top corner with some bakers twine.I also added Snow Tex.
Be sure to check the Eyelet Outlet and Brads Blogspot. There
are fabulous and creative projects every day.

Christmas in July: Snowy Woods Edition
I (Lauren) don't know about you, to me the time that snow and ice really start looking good is NOW... when New Jersey's hot (90F) and humid (75%+) weather makes Christmas in July seem very appealing indeed. Luckily Eyelet Outlet's frosty, glitter washi tape, Snowflake Sequins and winter critters are happy to be featured on cards and tags no matter what the temps happen to be!
I saw some mini shaker tags on Instagram and immediately knew what I wanted to make. I used a set of Sunny Studio Tag Dies and my trusty 1.5" square punch to create homes for my Polar Bear Brads, Deer Brads and even a Handsome Snowman; plus a few Snowflake Brads, of course.
I backed the insides of the shaker windows with Glitter Tall Tree Tape, Glitter Star Tape and Glitter Tree Tape; then filled the shakers with Snowflake Sequins and Gold Star Sequins. After I sealed up the shakers, I backed the tags with contrasting cardstock, added some jute twine, a few sticker sentiments and called it good.
Whether it's hot or cold where you are, this is definitely a good time to get started on some Winter Holiday makes with your favorite EO items!

Have an ICE Day!
I (Lauren) have to confess that, in real life, I'm not overly fond of snow and ice; but... I am a huge fan of Eyelet Outlet Polar Bear Brads, for whom snow and ice are the ideal habitat, so I've tried to recreate it in card form. See?
In addition to said handsome Polar Bears, this card features Twig Washi Tape and tiny silver tiny silver Star Sequins. Be sure to check the EO Blog often, the design team are always coming up with awesome ideas to inspire you!

Bears Bring Good Tidings!
This card perfectly reflects my mood. I started by creating the snowy hills. These were made with Sparkle White Glitter Washi Tape. I stacked strips of them and then cut the hills using dies. Next I stamped, colored and fussy cut the igloo. I also cut the preprinted sentiment strip.
I made an A2 sized card out of bright blue cardstock and then I blended Salty Ocean and Blueprint Sketch Oxide inks in the sky. This really intensifies the blue color and provides dimension. Then I put the scene together by gluing the back hill flat on the card. The foreground hill is on foam tape. Then I applied the igloo to the foreground hill and tucked in two Pine Tree Brads. I placed the Polar Bear Brads on the hill as well. Then I applied the sentiment and inserted two Snowflake Brads into the sky. And I call that done!
I hope you enjoyed this one. Have a great Sunday and don't forget to check out the EO store for all your holiday card making!

Peaceful Winter
A simple, snowy card featuring baubles filled with wintery Eyelet Outlet wildlife brads: Penguins, Moose and Polar Bears, oh my!
I diecut three ornament shapes, each composed of navy paper flecked with snow for the sky; and white glitter paper for the ground. Then I added two Penguin Brads and a small Snowflake; a stately Moose Brad in front of a Pine Tree; and a mother and baby Polar Bear. I mounted the ornaments on foam tape for extra dimension and positioned them under some sparkly pine branches, then added clear Bling Strips as hangers. I think they're SNOW fun and festive!

Snow in the Mountains
I placed a strip of Mountain Washi Tape horizontally across the front panel about half way down. I tore three snowbanks from white cardstock and layered them across the bottom of the panel. I added two Polar Bear Brads to the bottom snowbank which I thought resembled a mama and her cub. I added a tone-on-tone die cut sentiment and Snowflake Bling - 1-1/2", layered the panel on white foam and adhered it to the card base.
Thanks so much for stopping by today - we'll see you next time!

Wrappin' Up Christmas in July
First up I've used Santa and Mrs. Clause brads next to our beautiful sleigh brad on the front of this shaker tag. Behind the acetate window of this tag, and all of the tags I'm bringing you today, you'll see Eyelet Outlet's sparkling snow sequins. I'm seriously hooked on them! The frame I used for this tag is from Cricut's Elegant Edges image set.

Cold Paws, Warm Hearts!
So it's the dog days of July here in the Carolinas and it's hot and humid! I always enjoy digging out holiday supplies right about now and get a little lost in winter images. Today's card is an example. You can't get much colder than the North Pole!
For this card I used an embossing folder for the background with stars and designs that remind me of wind and snow. I cut a smaller panel from matching metallic cardstock with a postage stamp shaped die. I cut a snow bank out of white and coated it with Diamond Dust. It catches the light so well and has a chunky look that makes you think of fresh snow. I cut out a red and white pole and put a sign on it that says North Pole. I used some Nuvo glitter drops on the sign that dries clear and shiny and looks like ice. Unfortunately you can't see that in the photo very well.
I used Eyelet Outlet's Polar Bear Brads as the centerpiece of this card. I used Gold Glitter Tape and put my die cut and stamped sentiment heart on it. I used the Hearts Brad Set in red and white and used another large white heart brad on my seam tape bow. I cut some stars out of cardstock with the gold glitter tape attached. I could have saved time and used Gold Enamel Dots but I don't have any at the moment. I added some White Glitter Enamel Dots for some additional snow imagery.

Merry Christmas Lantern
It's July and of course that gets me thinking of Christmas in July. I wanted to use the uber cute Penguin Brads and Polar Bear Brads and this seemed like a great time to pull them out even if it is 95 degrees outside right now!
I made the background using the Santa Washi Tape in strips on top of a white card base. I had a snowflake embossed vellum rectangle in my stash that I had left over from a different project and I think it's great on top of the Santa background. I die cut the lantern and glued it to the velum. The lantern was the perfect size for one of the penguins and bears. These are so cute together in this little scene!
I used my Cricut to cut the banner but I lined the white cardstock with both the Silver Star Foil Washi and the Glitter Gold Washi before I cut it. I have not done this before but it worked great. You can do the same thing with any steel dies too. I love that I can get a bit of glitter and shine without cutting into an expensive glitter or foiled cardstock. Once cut, I stamped and heat embossed the sentiment with silver embossing powder.
To finish it, I layered two of our Red Paper Flowers together and put White Glitter Enamel Dots in the center to create a pointsettia look. I also used Silver Glitter Enamel Dots on the banner.
Thanks for stopping by and enjoy a little Christmas this July!
